About us
Nestled within the walls of Women’s Prison Karachi and Hyderabad, our sewing centers are a transformative movement underway. These centers, overseen by the Committee for the Welfare of Prisoners, are more than just workshops—they’re sanctuaries of skill and opportunity. Established in 2004 under the visionary leadership of Justice (R) Nasir Aslam Zahid, the Committee is a Government-funded not-for-profit Committee that stands as a beacon of hope for the vulnerable incarcerated across Sindh.
Driven by a core mission encompassing Litigation, Legal Empowerment, Welfare & Rehabilitation, and Research & Policy Advocacy, the Committee serves as a lifeline for those often forgotten by society. Now, in collaboration with these remarkable women, we present a collection that transcends mere fashion—it’s a testament to the transformative power of second chances.
With each purchase from our curated range of ready-to-wear clothes, accessories, and home products, you’re not just acquiring a beautifully crafted item; you’re investing in a woman’s journey towards financial independence and renewed purpose. Through meticulous craftsmanship, these women weave threads of opportunity, turning prison bars into stepping stones towards a brighter tomorrow.
“From Prison with Hope” isn’t just a tagline—it is a promise to rewrite the narrative, one stitch at a time. Let’s come together to create a world where every woman’s potential shines brightly, unhindered by the constraints of circumstance.
